Pros

Learnt a lot about agency rules and regulations. What the costs were, how the whole thing worked. Commission structure was ok, but not as good as was promised at interview. Benefits ok, we got to leave early the day before the holiday i.e. 4th July.

Cons

Lots of promises, very little follow through. Pushed to sell, not necessarily build relationships with clients, ethics could be borderline at times

Great product, and Harmonious Coworkers led to an inspiring atmosphere.

Cons

When they were Novellus (Richmar), they had a Tough Schedule and Questionable Wages for many employees. Things may have changed since then.

If your Sales Manager is out of state that's a pro so you don't have to be micromanaged in-person!

Cons

Experienced successful salespeople are intimidating to their managers who are insecure about their lack of knowledge and experience! They micromanage until the best salespeople leave. High turnover of experienced people who have no patience for incompetence!
