This company while offers a “family” environment and advertises that you can make a ton of money, just isn’t true. Peers and coworkers are in a sense pitted against each other to meet numbers and makes for a stressful and untrusting work environment. Pay is extremely low especially in the industry. It will be explained that you can make it up all in commission but you would have to work for years to get a substantial check to bring you up to industry standards. Management does not seem to truly have your back. Management also avoids confrontation and transparency, again saying what employees want to hear rather than the truth or what needs to be said. As a whole, the company does not seem to have standards for their procedures or stay up with times or industry to help improve the work / lives of their employees. In a whole, it’s a company that seems to fit best with people new to their careers with very little work experience or people who have not worked with other companies or corporations so they don’t have anything to compare it to, so now way to know how bad it is.
