Cons

They hire people with no experience to fill positions the get paid to fill. No formal interview for position. Pay is terrible.

Over worked Over Hyped never Promotes as Promised

Full-time gets paid what you sign up for but good luck getting anything else without working a ton of overtime.

Cons

Promised a raise since day 1 of training once your call time is under 5 Min. I finally quit after working there for a year with no raise.
