Pros

My manager was good to work for.

Cons

Low pay and low commission and asked to do too much. Constant changes and no training. Metrics, metrics metrics..that are not even attainable. A lot of work for low pay. It is Executives who don't have any idea what they ask their employees to do and can't figure out why recruiters are not making their numbers. Pointing their fingers at everyone but themselves.

Pros

•1 week bonus if you work here for a continuous 2000 hours. (You have to request the bonus in writing though, or the company looks the other way and doesn't give it to you.) •A few paid holidays throughout the year. •The rep I worked with when I first started with this company (2009) was really attentive and helpful.

Cons

•Lack of communication from local office (Burbank). The rep I was working with left the company and no one told me until I called the office to ask about my un-returned emails. •Occasional rude treatment from office staff. •Rep didn't take an interest in my goals or career path. •You accrue sick pay hours but can only use 3 days/year. Ridiculous.
