The people are very friendly, the company provides great benefits, the division of labor is great - you alway know who to go to depending on what situation arises.

Cons

They do not seem to value employee. Pay is not as competitive as it could be. There is a high volume of turn over.

OVERTIME OVERTIME OVERTIME! They definitely paid you well if you were working past your 40 hours. The people weren't too bad to work with.

Cons

There was no room for growth, no benefits, no 401k, nothing. The pay itself is fine but without benefits, and if you have a family, it's a bit obsolete.
