Pros

They gave you a $50 gift card on your birthday. Some free dinners and lunches.

Cons

Small offices, not a lot of recruiters to fill your positions, they will hire new account executives they fire them without warning. I have spoke with former AE's and have heard them doing the same things in the past. If you begin to sign clients they will take your clients and show you the door.

Pros

* Can get your "foot in the door" to work for a big company. * That's it.

Cons

* Those big companies either never hire on contractors and/or regularly lay them off * No vacation time unless you work with them for 12mos * No maternity leave, jury duty pay, etc * Paid holidays... but only after 2mos (I think, could be 3mos), so don't start just before November! * Insurance is a bit confusing to sign up for and can't be cancelled * Meanwhile your full time coworkers enjoy all of these benefits and better because they're not a contractor, despite holding the same job title, qualifications, etc.
