      Awful company that's poorly managed

      Pros

      Some departments have cool people but this is like most companies. Catered food on holidays

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and are only promoted base on staying with the company for 10+ years rather than base it on aptitude so you get under qualified/dim managers who don't know what they are doing and may not even have a BA. Pay is awful, basely minimum wage for college grads in most positions. No 401K, no sick time till after 4 months

      Pros

      Great lower level employees with awful upper management

      Cons

      No work life balance, PTO is minimal and you get reprimanded when you take it, no flexibility, upper management only cares about the people above them, not their employees, over worked, no training, no communication, stuck in the 1980s, culture is not good

      This Temp agency is a JOKE

      Pros

      There are no pros besides having a job that gets you paid whenever they feel like it.

      Cons

      they dont pay you on time, You never know what day your gonna get paid and they give phony excuses.
