      Nothing to say proactively they only care about the money you make them.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, no follow ups, no reviews, can't pay on time or properly. No paid days off, no 401K.

      No one manages you. As long as you do your work, no one bothers you. Flexible.

      Cons

      Recruiters smoke (not cigarettes) on breaks. Unhappy workplace. There’s only 1 person left from a team of 7 I started with

      Pros

      Great for resume. Variety of work. Learn a bit of everything. Working with corporate is challenging. Helps you learn to deal with others better. Thickens your skin.

      Cons

      There is a preference of the type of employee they are willing to hire.,l After I was hired I was told that I only got the job because I was manageable and submissive.
