This used to be a company you could brag about working at, but once certain upper management and their family members were brought in, along with now being a publicly traded company, the company is going down hill fast. They no longer care about their operational employees, their safety, or seem to value the hard work these employees do. Merit raises are no longer happening, All based on nepotism or favoritism. They have cut staff and added the extra work on lower level employees. Directors and CEO are only interested making their stocks go up and showing off how much money they are making, although there is no trickle down effect to the actual working employees. Very short sighted directors and too many egos to name. Micro management is the worst I have ever seen. Don't think your opinions count, because it don't. Don't waste your time and talents on this grossly misrun company.
