-Turnover in every department. HR itself has turned over multiple times alone that it gives you a sense that the company will never have it together. In fact, it was a running joke if you didn't get a response from HR that "they probably all got fired again."
-Once you get experience, you'll need to leave and work elsewhere to get the compensation you deserve. Pay raises are a joke and multiple people left after either getting no raise or a 1% raise. (BDM's are making hand over fist and will gladly tell you about their commission checks to make you feel even worse about your crap raise.)
-0 diversity in leadership - specifically diversity in thinking. They are very proud that most of their hires come from referrals, but everyone thinks exactly the same (and looks the same, but that's another story)
-Favoritism is well-known and widely accepted - especially among the different regions
-Bigotry and misogyny is the norm. The company really needs to focus on D&I.
