This a company that really values its people. Although a larger company, they have created a wonderful family environment where people truly care about each other.

Pros

The people are great! Company events happen often to keep morale up, they want us to know each other outside of work and that is refreshing. Growing industry In house gym and yoga room 401k plan is fantastic Provide company car, gas card, and cell phone for sales and service positions. Onboarding process is welcoming and they give a lot of information to ensure new hires understand the industry regardless of their position.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, they do offer different plans (PPO and HMO) but it is costly when you have children and a family. I would like to see more personal time off
