Pros

No excessive micromanaging. Job itself is wonderful. Opportunity to grow amicable professional relationships with business owners.

Cons

Company is growing quickly and caring more about shareholders than employees. If pattern continues, it will become the WalMart of gaming companies.

Fastest Growing Terminal Operator

Pros

We are rapidly growing which means there are constantly new opportunities to pursue. We are the largest Terminal Operator in Illinois, making us the industry leader and a company people look to for best practices. We have a beautiful new headquarters with a gym, and cantina with a TouchTunes.

Cons

The PTO isn't as competitive as I've had at other companies. We are a bit top heavy in some of our departments. There are a lot of ideas that compete for focus and attention, so it takes a while to get some things done. There are some inconsistencies between departments work flexibility.
