Pros

I came to Accel Entertainment from another company where I was not a happy employee. I dreaded going to work and was very burnt out. When I started at AE I could tell this place was going to different. Everyone feels like a big family over here. Positive attitudes and just general happiness are the norm! I really love working here and the people I work with.

Cons

No job is perfect but all my complaints are to minor to list.

Pros

Basically everything that was decent about the job has been slowly siphoned out and now all that's left is garbage.

Cons

Micro manage, terrible training. Awful communication, constant changes to policy, raises are nonexistent

After the acquisition, the higher ups played into the hands of the shareholders and implemented a bunch of change within a short amount of time without much direction.
