The sales department is broken into 4 divisions which competes against each other to an extent. The comp plan is not designed well. The longer it takes to bring a partner on board the more money a certain department makes instead being penalized. This cost the company money for every day that partner does not have Accel machines up and running. Expressing your opinion is discouraged.

Too many Chiefs: There’s so many positions here that you can tell they threw a dart at a dartboard with words on it to come up with a job title (can anyone really tell me what a “ Director of Gaming Operations Initiatives” actually does all day besides do what they can do keep their employment relevant)… Insulting Wages: after we went public the starting pay has become insulting considering this is a real Grown Up Job as a tech but employees here are making the same or even less the than the Fast Food Industry (don’t forget Gaming Operations keep your games running so you get paid)… MicroManagement: They’re one step away from asking us to log when we use the restroom…. Favoritism: Mgmt has one tunnel vision on who’s a worthwhile employee and who isn’t.
