The Administration staff are dysfunctional in WA state

Pros

The clients are great. Meetings were held every Monday with case files for review for clients best interest. Company was willing to hire sales agent for more client to make match for care providers.

Cons

Heavily controlled by staff that is abusive. Management did not resolve conflict within office with employees. Lack of care for employees that were getting abused by other workers. They continued to hire more care providers with no clients, So care providers were hired but with out work.

Pros

Home health: ability to give undivided attention to each patient in their own environment and have the time to resolve barriers to quality health and quality of life issues. Use of HomeCare HomeBase is an improvement. Georgetown: great field team.

Cons

Office tension and disorganization effects field scheduling and quality of care delivered to patients. Training for HomeCare HomeBase not thorough enough for smooth transition.

Good leadership. Great Therapy Director. Nice office support staff. Advanced clinical programs to treat specific patient problems. They let you work...if you dont screw up, you have no problems...

Cons

Like all home health...ups and downs with referals. One month you are swamped, the next you want more patients...
