Most disorganized company ever

Pros

Other than caring for patients, I can't find any good reasons to work here.

Cons

Upper management does not treat employees with respect. They belittle them in front of their peers, don't give raises as they should, over work the staff with no extra compensation.

Pros

Fair wages, upper management cares about employees, HR is there to help. Plenty of growth opportunity as Executives are forward thinking. Great Culture.

Cons

they out sourced recruiting to another company to reduce cost. As a result they lost some of their best recruiters. Too many executive changes over the time I was there.

Only care about the bottom line. . . employees are not important

Pros

None, I can't think of one

Cons

This company wines and dines to get you on board and then they drop you as soon as census falls. A pressure cooker. Management is over populated and the field staff are few and overworked. They do not care about individuals and loyalty does not have a place with Accentcare-Texas Home Health!
