- Excellent for people who have passion to innovate, create tools, automation - If you are working with passion and under renowned leadership you will get recognition and good hikes not just every year but in between as well - one of the best company for fresh graduates to start with. Many learning opportunities

Cons

- work life balance is very poor irrespective of client or project - company doesn’t believe in retaining excellent talented people, and then hires someone else with way high package for same work, causing brain drain of in-house trained people - someone doing normal work of project may be considered average performer - the moderation and ranking during appraisals is dreadful because if someone ranked lowest, is sure to get IP or being fired and there is a decided % of such, for all levels
