Pros

Nothing special just a brand but ultimately it's a client and-vendor relationship. All policies are client's centric.

Cons

I worked for a new TD account and my managers were not supportive and reliable. Accenture managers love to talk big in front of employees and even HRs will paint beautiful pictures in front of employees but the reality is it's a typical vendor (service) company without any difference. For them clients are always correct, even if that does not make any sense. Managers don't have the courage to discuss anything with clients and later same managers will justify the client's decision to the Accenture employees. I worked under Prachi Bande and Jamal Basha P., and both are the most unreliable managers of my life. They hide the project's unrealistic targets from the client for 4 months and deallocated 5 teammates from the project on one fine day. On top of it, all the management failures were told to the client as developers' mistakes. With no work-life balance, you have to work extended hours for clients and attend multiple Accenture internal meetings making several PPTs for clients. Accenture has a brand in the industry but they are no different than others. I made a mistake joining them by relying on the brand name. Although I was earning more, later I decide to go on a lesser salary but work with nice people around me and today I am very happy with my decision.
