Relaxed Environment, decent pay in comparison to other small companies similar to Access One, short commute from home

Cons

We might as well have bars on the window because it has become a PRISON. There is also too much favoritism and office politics. There is no room for growth

Can honestly say there were no Pros to my experience.

Cons

Changed benefits package and compensation plan month into tenure. Hire people only to fire them for frivolous reasons months later. Hate using the word "toxic" - but if there were ever a workplace culture and environment that could be described as toxic, this is it. Dishonest people.

Location is great, close to downtown.

Cons

The most recent COO really turned the company around and transformed the organization from a small-time telecom to a world-class MSP. Since his departure in 2019, the company has been on a downward spiral with constant re-orgs.
