- Work life balance - Competitive Pay with Industry - Fair commission structure - Good benefits (They offer HMO which is extremely helpful for me) - Good 401K (They matched more in my first 6 months than my last company did in 3 years) - Although a 30 year old organization, they are as proactive with technology and market trends as any organization out there. - Rapidly growing organization - Opportunity for advancement - They want their employees to want people they know and trust work here. Excellent referral program. - True open door policy
