Lack of a proper onboarding. Believe in learning on the fly which is effective but stressful.

There is no clear direction here. The company is constantly changing senior management, whether it is because they leave or get fired. No loyalty to trusted employees that have been a staple as well. It's a frat house. Either you belong in the frat or you don't. There is no support. I've seen them tell many employees they were doing well all the way up until they showed them the door with no warning. There is this facade of caring, but really they don't. My advice is to run, not walk away from this company. There is currently no real job security here. No validation on who is calling in and set ups are not vetted in any way from the project engineering phase. The door is open for potential social engineering attacks. Certain client onboardings were so poor they might as well be in a DMZ. To make matters worse, the company asks current employees to boost their ratings on various review platforms. While this is voluntary, of course no one is going to put their name as a current employee on a bad review. Keep this in mind when looking at the reviews.
