Steady Improvement and Great Work/Life Balance

Pros

Have some really solid middle management that understands work/life balance and doesn't drain the life out of you. Overall business practices have improved greatly over my time here.

Cons

Onboarding can still be improved, a lot of sink or swim in the beginning.

I love working at Access One. I never thought I could actually enjoy working until I came here. Everyone is eager to help and answer questions. Company events are fun and boost morale. If there are resources you need, just ask and they are happy to provide them within reason. They understand that emergencies come up and make accommodations. What more can you realistically want?

Cons

I could be paid a million dollars a year and would still complain so I guess money?
