Too top heavy

Pros

Consistent hours, ok benefits, better than nothing.

Cons

Too top heavy. CEO is so out of touch with his teams. You only hear from him 2 or 3 times a year in a zoom quarterly call. The quarterly call is a joke, trying to convince us how well Access is doing and how we are making quotas. Focus isn't on the people, not even on the customers, but on making sure their reports and power points look good. I could go on and on, suffice it to say the management doesn't care about the people or culture no matter how they try to spin it. Hey we have 5 or 6 different diversity and inclusion groups so I guess that means they care.

Pros

None, sorry none at all. Stay away.

Cons

New CEO as of about 2 years ago has destroyed the culture. It used to be better. Leaders don’t get along well with each other and the CEO seems to either lack a vision or has no idea how to communicate the vision! Suddenly all people seem to be working on is powerpoint slides that tell a good story. No scope for learning and/or growth.
