Great Company

Pros

The operation supervisors work hard and do whatever it takes to make your daily route less stressful.

Cons

A lot of challenges when trying to access loading docks or find a parking sport in major cities. Shred totes can be very heavy when full. It is very physically demanding. Serious back problems can occur when lifting 60 pounds boxes called “legal and letter boxes.”

Dead End Job

Pros

The benefits are just okay. You can get by on them but always be looking for a better employer while you work for Access. The company does not track every second of your day (yet anyway) like an Amazon warehouse would. Two 15 minute paid breaks per day are technically allowed.

Cons

Managment is largely incompetent and ineffective. Women are not expected to do more than 1% or so (possibly even less) of the physical labor even thoigh they are the vast majority of the employees.

Not a Family

Pros

There are a few good people in the company.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Hard workers get taken advantage of regularly. They are values are really just mild suggestions. Leadership does not follow/work by them. To move up, you either have to be willing to work harder for less pay, or you have to be "buddy-buddy" with the person/people that will be your boss.
