Company is growing like crazy. You might get a lot of unscheduled unexpected overtime, if you are into that.

Cons

Management does not care about team's ideas and if they do, credit will not be given. Under qualified supervisors. Pay is ultra low. Executives seem more focused on growth and not in the internal work. Often trying to save money on the backs of the entry employees.

Provide a needed service to the business community. Unfortunately the business community has no idea who is running the show or what to expect

Cons

Management is completely oblivious to what each other are doing, and have no clue as to who manages what. Stay clear, if you want to keep your sanity. I have had enough

Cons

Management has a pretend open door policy. Sure, they'll listen. Then they'll either: not even follow-up on feedback, make sure you cannot advance in the company.
