Being exposed to a different side of the shredding company that is known to be the leading co in the record management industry.

Cons

The pay is the lowest in our area, where other companies don't even get as much volume in as we do. The work environment is a ticking time bomb waiting to happen with no ventilation system nor does our work place have a sprinkler system(we store PAPER) Management only seems to care about the next check that can be cut to them, poor leadership
