      Pros

      Better than average comp, unlimited PTO, work from home

      Cons

      Some leaders are not equipped to be a leader. Being empathetic only on surface. Sometimes even disrespectful and insensitive. I don't think we're trying to REACH as an organization.

      Pros

      Co-workers in operations, comp is better than average, unlimited time off, flexibility re. working from home

      Cons

      Lack of systems integration, introduction of activity reporting applications and sales tools that slow communication flow. Lack of training in both fundamental and multi-step tasks that are necessary to realize success and client satisfaction. Sales and operations are the test-bed for certain applications and procedures.
