Thank you very much for investing your time here to post a positive review. I am grateful that you see the opportunities that exist at Access and believe that your efforts to take advantage of those opportunities will definitely be rewarded. It is interesting to note that it can be hard to find A players for our organization and I agree that we need to do a better job sourcing high quality candidates, so that we can get the right team members on the team, and do so quickly. However, I often say that it isn't supposed to be easy, it is supposed to be worth it...and the same is true about finding the right team members...it isn't going to be easy, but it should be worth it! Thank you for acknowledging the effort to continuously improve our team member offerings at Access. We will continue to focus on our team members and we will continue to invest in our team - which is why we invested in positions like a VP of total rewards and compensation and a director of learning and development, plus other items like company paid short term disability this year.
