I want to thank you for your review. As you know we value your time and the information you provided here to allow us to be a better company. You mentioned that we are “untruthful” to clients and you advise us to take a look at our business practices, but that isn't much detail. I have said it in other reviews and I will repeat it here: Any unethical practices including lying to clients is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated on any level. I would appreciate more detail, if you can provide any to me. I can be reached via email at ralston@accesscorp.com. If you or anyone is aware now or in the future of any unethical business practice taking place, I urge you/them to contact me immediately so that we can address this issue and resolve it before it damages the reputation and the integrity of the company that we are working so hard to build. Bringing this matter to my attention allows us to be better, ensuring that we are always making the right decisions for our clients and our team members, as well as providing our team members the best place to work and an environment for them all to REACH for their very best. I have leaned a lot in the clerical field including, usage of computer, data entry, filing, scanning, and responsibilities.

I am glad that you had an opportunity to learn valuable clerical and computer skills in areas such as data processing and spread sheets which are tools required to effectively do your job here at Access, but also are skills you can take anywhere that you go in the future. You also expressed concern about a lack of communication and I agree with you that it is very important to communicate to all team members at Access. Thank you for this candid review. I am genuinely sorry that you feel that we have lied to employees or customers. I have never - and will never - support or promote anything of the sort and would act swiftly to address any actions along those lines. We value our Team Members and understand that we are only as good as our team. Regarding your comment about raises - we are working very hard to become an employer of choice and that includes improvements to our total compensation and benefits package. Last year, we researched market compensation rates to ensure we are paying competitively and to help recruit and retain the best talent possible for each and every Access branch. We also added 3 additional paid holidays this year - which is something I am glad to see was a "pro" for you. Further, in 2016 we have started creating career paths for the core business to allow for better advancement opportunities. Please know that this is a priority for us. Comments such as these allow us to identify areas of concern, making us a better company for our customers and our team members. Thank you, Rob
