Consistently busy, always something to do.

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity for promotions, low pay, pathetic yearly "merit increases" that don't even meet the rate of inflation so your buying power year over year keeps decreasing while cost of living is higher than ever before, constant nepotism in management, CEO and upper management are completely out of touch with the employees actually doing the work.

Management is hypothetical and full of double standards. Two employees with the same skill set will have different KPI targets based on how much management loves you. Their training system makes you feel like you don't matter to them whatsoever: the training material is given here and there, when they have some time to give you. They give you warnings when you get sick. You don't feel like you're part of a team with them: you feel like youre....well you don't even know how to feel because you never know what's to be expected of you!! Management is horrible. Let's not go there. Human Resources rats you to them whenever they have an opportunity to.
