Pros
The company does offer competitive benefits, a good match on the 403b and a decent amount of time off if you are a salaried employee, if you are an hourly employee you need to work several years before you jump in accrual tiers. Company catered lunches are a nice touch but just show how truely divided the company is. Each department has their own clique they eat with that undermines the whole purpose of employee engagement activities.
Cons
Management has a lot to learn with how to train, develop, grow and respect employees. There is a lot of interdepartmental gossip and management does little to address it, if not contribute to it themselves. There is no room for growth, the company is very flat organizationally. Raises are mediocre to say the least, unless you are "in" with management. The CEO is not hands on with employees and is not very approachable.
