Homely environment. Lots of good foodies.

Cons

You become unmarketable very soon. Works on very outdated technologies. Can you believe they still work on applets Offshore management for software side only exist on paper, they do not have any right to take decisions. Senior technology management in offshore do not know anything what so ever of technology, so you get no guidance at all. To survive you need to be in there lobby. Lot of petty politics at offshore and unfortunately the US counter parts turns a blind eye to it. Codes are junk, no proper design every thing is spaghetti, on top of it there are no documentations. Bug fixing is the only major work, and that is what is expected with such levels of codes.

Pros

Some of the VPs are good to work for. A good place to learn about how small companies go through hard times and get into better times. Their CIO is great! Hopefully he will make a change.

Cons

Some of the VPs in Implementation should not be trusted. If you are not their minion you will be thrown under the bus whenever possible. Many good people have left because of this. Buddies or those within the right click - become promoted without earning it nor having the right credentials. So the company suffers due to these decisions.
