You have some great people in leadership who are dedicated to this company!

Cons

You have some not so great people in leadership who have their own agenda and it's called DRAMA. Yet you continue to reward this kind of behavior or turn a blind eye to it. Ironically the people who actually care are the ones who leave or will because of this. The personal drama has replaced being a customer service professional. Wake up Acclaris you have a serious problem.

Lots of foodies and parties Homely atmosphere which of late has become hostile

You get technically handicapped after working sometime. You soon become unmarketable. Spaghetti codes - Quite naturally the production support team is thrice the size of development team Offshore management in software department is just a yes minister. They don't have any say in any decisions and neither they are capable of. Offshore technical bosses are only technical professionals on paper . So you do not have anybody to guide you. Lot of petty politics in the offshore software department. Lot of good persons left hence. US counter-part knows about it but prefer to keep their eyes shut.
