1) HR was very friendly. apart from this nothing special about the company.

1)poor training structure. 2) salary provided is less. 3) not much career growth. 4) not much help from seniors.

A good paltform between careers

Pros

Good work environment (Especially for a service industry). Very helpful and co-operative colleagues. For technical positions, salary is competitive. Operations is good for people with non-technical background.

Cons

Think twice before joining if you aspire a technical career. Compensation is not up to the market standard (for Operations) Can't expect a rapid growth. Should have a clear vision of what you are getting into.
