All the five stars fake reviews are entered by owner. Compensation is Way below average. Very little raise as you can expect. Micromanaging is everywhere. They do not appreciate your work.

Everyone works as a big family. Management is very experienced and helpful. The work environment is very clean and everyone is very helpful. Management allows room for growth in both position and salary.

Cons

There are really no cons that I see.
