Pros
I found the pay and benefits to be fair. Office was nice. I used to enjoy coming to work.
Cons
High turnover. Management does not really invest in its employees. Don't expect much in the way of training in any skill you can bring to your next job (except patience). Many of their products are unsatisfactory. If you have customer contact (most employees do), you will talk to many unhappy people. Hard place to keep your morale up. Owners are in their early 60s (I think). I would expect that once they sell the company most employees will find themselves out of a job. YOU SHOULD NOT PLAN ON A CAREER HERE. For a short-term (1 - 2 years, maybe) job, until you can find something better, it will do. Most employees seem to wish they were somewhere else. Management can seem quite irrational. Meetings can be painfully long. It often seems like no decisions are made.
