Pros

Can't think of much but it is a job.

Cons

You will never get your review on time and when you do get it months later there will be no back pay for your 1% raise. I also hear they are going to be making a lot of us work full time in the office, while half the company will not have to come back in at all. They don't seem to think about what this might do to people's mental health.

Most of the people here are nice.

Cons

Hardly any raises are given Management doesn't change, whatever would make sense to anybody we are going to do the opposite and tell you your wrong. No room to grow, ZERO.

Pros

While no company is perfect, it is far cry from what is being portrayed in this forum. With 50% of our employees having been here 5+ years, (with a majority of that group here 10 to 20+ years), all is not as negative as portrayed.

Cons

As with any organization, there is always the room and the need for improvement. For AccountantsWorld, it is in some areas of communications, compensation, and the much-needed delegation of authority and decision-making responsibilities to the management team.
