This place is pretty bad the most impressive thing is they have been able to keep this place going with the way they run things. They dont care at all about Covid.

Mostly good people. Flexible work from home scenario. Flavored water in kitchen.

Cons

We have been fooling the customer for a long time and now it will come back to bite us in the behind, and can potentially lead to lawsuits and or going out of business. Extreme problems with the product that can't seem to be fixed because the one or two person who can fix them really can't. How long will it take the new owners to figure out that the software has MAJOR flaws that will in fact hurt our customers dramatically , and could potentially put our side of the business OUT OF BUSINESS.

It pays. That’s about it

Cons

Everyone is miserable working here. You do not feel appreciated, and you get a tiny raise every year, less than 4%.Toxic work environment. Clients are leaving, employees are leaving. The ones staying are either waiting to retire or too incompetent to find other jobs
