      - A lot of the previous feedback on here can be ignored since a new CEO and leadership team started in January 2022. - More available money to enhance operations, product development, customer support, and marketing with external funding that was secured in 2021. - Employees are very smart, dedicated, and passionate about working together to level up all aspects of the company.

      Cons

      - The new senior execs are reimagining everything, which could potentially lead to growing pains in the short-term.

      A tremendous team overall and good teamwork.

      Cons

      Owner is egotistical and unreliable. Inconsistent with words compared to actions. Is easily distracted and really only cares for his end goals.

      Pros

      $4K bonus a month for the first three months.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment stemming from poor leadership from the CEO. CEO has drastic unprovoked mood swings. Think about how happy a child is to walk into Toys 'R Us and then how they cry when you tell them they can't get every toy they want. That's the CEO.
