Pros

- Remote Options - Benefits - A lot of really great people handling the day-to-day work. - If you thrive in a high-stress environment that includes little to no training and ever changing expectations, you would love it at Accruent.

Cons

- Constant focus and strategy changes yearly, quarterly and even weekly. - Refusal to address the real issues causing lack of sales and customers leaving. It's got nothing to do with workers not trying hard enough and everything to do with bad product support, lack of product updates and ignoring customers. - Comp plan got worse each year I worked there. - So many people were either quietly laid off or quit in the last few years that there's very few knowledgeable people left. - Half of the C-Suite have no experience in software sales. - Latest re-org was a nightmare and the most recent additions to C-suite have made it even more difficult to work for (why I left) or with ( why customers are leaving) Accruent.
