Incredible people. I've been here a year, and my team is a dream to work with. Manager is relaxed and helpfull and understands family first. Yearly bonus Medical Insurance Very good for learning and improving your skill set

Cons

Was promised it's easy to get promotions, still no promotion even though I'm doing the job of a Tier2. Im a Support Associate that handles partner cases and High severity issues. Things slightly over my pay grade
