Pros

I love the company and all that we stand for! It feels good to know that I'm working for a company helping people get out of debt and learn to save! We have programs to enrich employees life such as a fund to help when co-workers can't pay bills. We even have a health/workout program where we participate in together to encourage one another to be healthy.

Cons

Only downside is my direct manager, she micromanages and picks favorites. It is obvious that she makes a difference between different members of the team. BUT even with that said she is knowledgeable and her direct managers always are willing to hear from us! I have been here for a while and noticed that not all managers are like her and not everyone manages the same.

Pros

Manager, Independence, Free lunches, Trust, Hands-on training

Cons

You are expected to do emails, notate accounts, and retrieve items from the printer down the hall, all while taking back to back phone calls without EVER putting any clients on hold! You have to stay logged into the phone the whole time, so a lot of clients wont stay on the phone while you are processing their requests just because you already got all of the verbal information you needed from them to make this happen. When they hung up, the next call automatically comes in, and sometimes you are way down the hall at the printer! You have to answer the call asking for their account information, but you can't even look it up when you are still down the hall at the printer, and not at your computer. You still have to notate the previous account when you get back to your desk, before you can move on to the current phone call. So you have to: 1)take back to back incoming calls and process requests 2)complete a list of outgoing calls 3)Complete a list of emails all without ever putting any clients on hold. Sadly, the job became impossible! Without identifying specific individuals, some management was intimidating, and some yelled WHEN YOU WERE ON THE PHONE WITH CLIENTS.

Pros

Matt has been so helpful and one of the very best HR reps I have seen here in a very long time. I just went through a transition and he has been helpful in my transition.

Cons

Not much of a con, I cannot think of any
