      Good for college students with flexibility in schedules. Pay is nice.

      Cons

      Too many things to say. Although the pay is enticing, it’s still not worth it.

      Poor pay compared to other companies, expectations are not always clear, mentorship and training are limited, no pay when cancellations happen

      people matter and support is constant

      Pros

      Constant level of support from the leadership team. To me, ATS's mission, vision, values and beliefs don't stop at our families and consumers that we work with. They extend to employees. I truly feel that the sky is the limit working at ATS.

      Cons

      As with any job in this field of working in the homes of our consumers comes inconsistency in schedules.
