      Pros

      The team approach at this job is simply the best. The team consists of many strong, driven, passionate members, and creates a high energy atmosphere that makes coming to work fun! Hands down I am the happiest here at ATS than any other job. Taking a position here at ATS has been the best decision I've ever made within my career. Look no further if you want a company that values the mission, vision , hardwork, while providing opportunities for growth. These items are reviewed at every meeting and continue to provide guidance to team members when making job related decisions. The mission of: Through a supportive organizational culture focused on developing and retaining team members, we are determined to change the world by instilling hope and helping each person whose life we touch achieve their truest self. The team members are creating the atmosphere that I am proud to be apart! Simply said People Matter! Last but not least if you are efficient in your role, and you are willing to grow with the company, you will love being a part of this team.

      Cons

      With any growing company, bumps in the road will happen. But the professionalism that this team has to deal with these bumps doesn't even really make it a con.

      Pros

      Achieving True Self is an amazing company to work for, they truly care about their employees and do their best to make sure that their employees are happy. They make their employees feel like family, management organizes dinners occasionally for the team to get together. Leadership at Achieving True Self actually listens to their employees feedback and does their best to respond to it. Achieving True Self also gives their employees lots feedback; leadership is very big on communication, which is nice, because you never have to wonder what you are doing well and what you have to work on. Overall ATS is the an absolutely incredible company to work for; they understand that in order to provide the best quality care to their clients, they have to make sure their employees are happy and it is obvious that ATS puts in a lot of effort to make sure they keep their employees happy.

      Cons

      The job can be very stressful sometimes and it can be difficult to balance work/personal lives, that is not ATS's fault it is just a part of this industry.

      Pros

      I have worked for ATS almost 2yrs. The leadership team is amazing and is always there to support you. My BCBAs are extremely knowledgable in the field of ABA and I have learned so much from them. This company makes you feel like you are family. The best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is due to everyones different schedules, you tend not to be able to see or work with fellow coworkers of the compnay as much as some would like. We are all spread out throughout the counties and its difficult to get together. That unfortunately is a con working in this particular field, but the individuals you do work with are amazing!!!!
