Pros

Absolutely loves their employees or “team members” as we are called at ATS. I have never worked for a company like it! Truly wants team members to feel valued and heard and leadership checks in and asks for feedback on ways they can improve. I feel like this is my tribe and I’m so happy to be part of the early stages of something amazing with this company!

Cons

Driving between clients isn’t always great but I love that I am paid to do so and that there is truly a commitment to keeping me in the areas I want.

Pros

-Growth opportunities (I was promoted to a leadership position within my first year) -Recognizes and appreciates hard work -Ethical company that puts clients first -Supportive company that encourages professional growth -Good benefits! -Can work from home up to 75% if you're a BCBA with certain insurance payers

Cons

I have not experienced any significant downsides. The leadership team at ATS is very receptive to feedback, so any problems I have had (which have all been minor) are immediately given an action plan and worked on. No company is perfect, but ATS really strives to keep employees happy, supported and comfortable so they will try to fix whatever they can.

Pros

Two years ago, I worked for ATS part-time during a period of its initial growth. A new local opportunity arose for me that I decided to accept, and I ended up in that role for less than a year. It was a wonderful learning experience with healthy challenges and I was surrounded by good people. But it wasn't ... home. Achieving True Self is home to me. I could not be happier returning to a role with a team of empathetic, compassionate, energized, highly motivated and fiercely committed leaders. I missed our field team and perhaps more importantly, I missed our families. Engaging with families like mine and communities to offer help and inspire hope is in my blood. I am in a role where I have a healthy work-life balance allowing me to shoot for both professional and personal goals. I am surrounded by people every day whose culture pushes me to develop and evolve while at the same tine being a part of life-changing support and treatment. My success is my choice at ATS, and my team encourages me to settle for nothing less than excellence. I recognized and embraced my truest self by making the best professional decision of my career, and walking back through the door that was graciously left open for me.

Cons

The only con for me is the time I was away. Though I choose to live without regret and my other opportunity was a meaningful chapter, it wasn't ATS. Truly - nowhere else is ATS. It's one of a kind.
