We agree that Clinical leadership should have more than 2-3 years of experience and we are proud to share that the average years of experience in the field of our clinical leadership team is 16 years at the time of this writing. We would also like to share that not all persons with experience align with our mission, vision, and values and for the sake of transparency if we had to choose between someone with 50 years of experience that did not align with our values and someone that had 2 years that did we would every time choose the candidate that better aligns with our values.
