      Pros

      Working collaboratively with others who encourage input and support you. Flexible and accommodating. Competitive pay. Easy to use platforms. Work closely with wonderful families and staff. Positive attitudes. Effective communication.

      Cons

      The company works very hard to create a team-based environment and culture using social media however, you do not get to see your coworkers as often as you might like. However, they do their best to create team bonding/building events.

Since we are very "remote"- we do strive to ensure staff can collaborate with online google meet meetings and are always open to ideas!       Growing pains Needs more supports in place for RBT training Needs more structure for family training Really needs to review employment and family dedication and weed out those who are not following the vision of the company or are not committed to the services.
