The team approach at this job is simply the best. The team consists of many strong, driven, passionate members, and creates a high energy atmosphere that makes coming to work fun! Hands down I am the happiest here at ATS than any other job. Taking a position here at ATS has been the best decision I've ever made within my career. Look no further if you want a company that values the mission, vision , hardwork, while providing opportunities for growth. These items are reviewed at every meeting and continue to provide guidance to team members when making job related decisions. With any growing company, bumps in the road will happen. But the professionalism that this team has to deal with these bumps doesn't even really make it a con.
