      Terrible company

      Pros

      The families, kids, and having clients near your home.

      Cons

      They don’t value their workers, you’ll never meet fellow coworkers, so it’s a level of isolation, low pay compared to other companies, they give minimal mileage reimbursement, the burnout is sure to come, stagnated career no raises or title increases, and some of the BCBA’s are rude, nasty, and ultimately won’t help you.

      Friendly staff. They are BCBA-owned and ethically run.

      Not enough opportunities for growth if you are not on track to become a BCBA
