      Pros

      Mon through Friday work no weekends! Only thing good to say…..

      Cons

      Management does not reply to emails, tracking isn’t uploaded daily and sometimes you have to wait even days to see an update and that is very important in doing our jobs! When you have theses issues you soon have an I don’t give a crap attitude cuz let’s face it if they can’t reply and system not updated then they show the same attitude! They should spend a week doing our job so they could clearly see why things like this is very important.

      Pros

      Setting your own schedule? Sort of... that's part of their sell though. Direct supervisors are great people! Side note: Reading the good reviews: they are all coming from upper end establishment. Do doubt trying to make you feel warm and fuzzy about the company. Don't believe them!

      Cons

      Grossly under paid for the ask. Getting raises has been like pulling teeth and there are ZERO bonuses unless you're in the "office". Benefits aren't the worst but far from the best, you can't insure domestic partners. They under pay for mileage and per diem if traveling. Little to no room for vertical growth. Typical of Corporate America, the upper level execs are the only ones making good money.
